It's official! Summer begins this weekend and I am no longer a baby! I have experienced one of the rights of passage that every Southern baby must pass to become a Southern Boy. I have eaten my first BROWN COW! I would like to thank Mr. Scottie Mayfield of Mayfield Dairy and all the cows who contributed to this wonderful delicacy! Now you're craving one aren't ya?
